Delivery Costs
We deliver free of charge to Switzerland with a minimum CHF 50,00 and above
For orders with a value of less than CHF 50,00 the following costs will apply:
CHF 13,50 within Switzerland
*Prices include VAT at the statutory rate
Delivery times
Packages are usually delivered by courier within 3-4 business days (DE), following order confirmation. After your package has been sent you will automatically receive a package tracking number for tracking the delivery. Telephone orders are not covered by this offer.
The relevant delivery charges are indicated to customers in the online order form and are payable by the customer. Please bear in mind that delivery costs are billed separately for each order. We therefore advise you to combine multiple items in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders. Your package will be sent at your risk; fragile goods will be handled with particular care. Delivery cartons are generously sized and your goods will be packed with proper protection.
